Welcome to MyPetAid. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

โš•๏ธ IMPORTANT: MyPetAid is NOT a veterinary service. We provide general pet health guidance only. MyPetAid is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. In case of a pet emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

1. About MyPetAid

MyPetAid is a subscription-based service that provides general pet health guidance via phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our service is designed to help pet owners โ€” particularly seniors โ€” make informed decisions about their pet's health and locate nearby veterinary resources when needed.

๐Ÿ’ก MyPetAid does NOT provide veterinary diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment. All guidance is general in nature and should not replace professional veterinary advice.

2. Eligibility

To use MyPetAid, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid payment method
  • Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans

  • Basic: $9.97/month or $97/year โ€” 1 pet
  • Plus: $19.97/month or $197/year โ€” up to 2 pets
  • Family: $24.97/month or $247/year โ€” unlimited pets

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method after the trial period.

Billing

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month
  • Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
  • All prices are in US dollars
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MyPetAid within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will refund your payment in full โ€” no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] or call (770) 404-7714 to request a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except as covered by our 30-day guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyPetAid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

MyPetAid, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on guidance provided through our service
  • Any harm to your pet resulting from following or not following our guidance
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service
  • Service interruptions or technical difficulties

In no event shall MyPetAid's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Emergency Situations

๐Ÿšจ MyPetAid is NOT an emergency service. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency โ€” including difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, collapse, seizures, or suspected poisoning โ€” contact an emergency veterinary hospital immediately. Do not wait to call MyPetAid in a true emergency.

8. Phone Communications and A2P Compliance

Voice Service

MyPetAid provides pet health guidance exclusively via inbound phone calls to (770) 404-7714. By subscribing, you acknowledge that this is a voice-based service available 24/7. Standard carrier call rates may apply.

SMS Policy

MyPetAid does not conduct SMS marketing campaigns. We do not send unsolicited text messages. Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering our voice-based service and transactional communications directly related to your subscription.

Consent to Communications

By subscribing to MyPetAid, you consent to receive:

  • Inbound and outbound calls related to your pet health guidance service
  • Transactional emails related to your subscription (receipts, renewal notices, onboarding)

You are not required to consent to receive marketing SMS messages as a condition of purchasing our service.

Opt-Out

To opt out of any communications, contact us at [email protected] or call (770) 404-7714. For email communications, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyPetAid website and service โ€” including text, graphics, logos, and software โ€” is the property of MyPetAid and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
